DEAR STUDENTS,

Every year few hundred students become graduate degree holder in Engineering from the St. Margaret Engineering College, Neemrana, unfortunately not all get placed from the college itself or during their study and this make them do real hardships to get a job in market.

Getting admission in engineering college is very easy nowadays but passing it with flying colors and getting placed is becoming day by day difficult there are few tips which we like to share with you.

MOTIVE: - We should analyze why we are doing this kind of study, what is the benefit we going to get ? Are we investing really in term of knowledge because today and forever the investment in the knowledge or investment with the knowledge is always a gain, investing in knowledge but taking it in terms of money is going to be a loss for us? Yes its true that 99% students come to engineering to have a comfortable life for future but for that we need to start now with good hard work. The motive of doing the study must be clear in our mind, rather than aping blindly things, we should apply our mind.

VISION & DREAM :- A dream is a state where you don’t have control over things happening inside the dream, vision is a view of the future with a path imagined then designed to reach that future. So kindly sit and think is getting a good job our dream or vision? If it is the dream then it is going to break because dream are not real .If your visualizing yourself to be a good position anywhere in industry or academia then have you made a design to get it if not then please start it now thou its never too late but it increases more pain in doing hard work when started late.

Attitude: - Attitude is very important trait which plays a very very very important role in our whole life anything done with attitude may result in success but sourness in taste of that success comes very fast .Attitude is the basic ingredient which helps our personality to taste good or bad anyone hiring you can smell that and a good HR Manager will always look for someone with more humbleness and right approach.

Final thing to say to you that we have to make our choices by own no one is responsible for that.
